Can I customize stuff that gets added to the box? 

Yes! there are certain items that I will gladly provide options for or even take options from you as my customer. Pencil pouches/boxes are one of the biggest items that normally have the most flexibility with schools. 

How do you know what needs to be in my kit? 

Schools normally provide their supply lists on their website - so I download the list and input everything in my system in order to provide you with a quote :) 

Do you provide discount for multiple kids?

Yes! As a mom of two I understand firsthand how quickly things add up with multiple children. I add a discount for families ordering 2 or more kits. I provide it with your initial quote. 

My list says backpacks, will you be able to provide me with one? 

No, as I would love to be able to provide families with absolutely everything they need - at this time, I cannot provide backpacks or scientific calculators. 

Can I change my delivery date after confirmation?

Of course! I understand that life happens and things are out of our control most times. Simply reach out to me and I will happily accommodate you. 

Are there any extra fees? 

When I provide you with your quote, the price you see is the final price. I make sure to list everything you're paying for on the quote/invoice. No hidden fees, ever. 100% transparency over here.
